Referrals to an in-network provider require no prior authorization and there are no co-payments for eligible members. ABH has providers available in both Region 1 (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Walton, Okaloosa) and Region 2 (Bay, Clahoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, Walkula, Washington).
