Access Behavioral Health uses the Florida Relay (http://www.ftri.org/FloridaRelay) to provide information to the hearing impaired from Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 9p.m. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Dial 7-1-1 (TTY may use 1-800-955-8771)

2. A specially trained Florida Relay Operator will answer and identify themselves by their Operator number.

3. Give the Operator the customer service number:

4. The operator will connect you with our customer service center and will assist you with communication.
