Access Behavioral Health uses the Florida Relay (http://www.ftri.org/FloridaRelay) to provide information to the hearing impaired from Monda – Friday, 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. Please follow these steps:
- Dial 7-1-1 (TTY may use 1-800-955-8771)
- A specially trained Florida Relay Operator will answer and identify themselves by their Operator Number
- Give the Operator the customer service number
- Humana Health Horizons or Sunshine Health Plan members: 1-866-477-6725
- The Operator will connect you with our customer service center and will assist you with communication.
