Qualified interpreters can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across a wide range of languages. Staff are expected to utilize Language Line services to support accurate information exchange, promote patient understanding, and ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate care in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
