ABH providers may serve members with Sunshine Medicaid who reside in one of the following counties: Santa Rosa / Escambia / Okaloosa / Walton.
ABH providers may serve members with Humana Medicaid who reside in one of the following counties: Bay / Escambia / Calhoun / Franklin / Gadsden / Gulf / Holmes / Jackson / Leon / Liberty / Madison / Okaloosa / Santa Rosa / Taylor / Walton / Washington
- Providers who serve clients with Humana Medicaid must complete this training within 30 days of onboarding with ABH: Education and training | Humana Healthy Horizons in Florida
Providers in network with ABH have access to resources including: Medicaid Handbooks, Clinical Practice Guidelines, Behavioral Health Screening Tools, as well as ABH specific quality metrics.

Provider review of all directory information is required annually for accuracy and usability purposes. Please notify ABH of any changes to provider names, addresses, specialties, etc. to ensure accuracy for members searching for care. When changes are necessary, please immediately submit them on the provider network roster that is sent to [email protected].
